The Zenith Group Management requires all tenants wishing to bring pets into the Hunters Glen building to read, understand and abide by the rules outlined in this Pet Policy.<br /><br />

<li>All pet owning tenants are required to pay a refundable pet deposit of $125 and a non-refundable pet fee of $125.</li>
<li>There is a monthly pet rent of $25&nbsp;per pet.</li>
